The Epson EB-2250U is an ideal projector for business or educational use; it is a great combination of quality output and features at an affordable price. The Epson EB-2250U combines high-quality output, value-added features and affordability, into a compact projector. The native resolution is WUXGA (16:10 aspect ratio); this will give you a high quality sharp image. It is suitable for anything you wish to project and it has more pixels than Full HD!
High quality pictures utilising Epson's 3LCD technology to ensure clearly projected images the EB-2250U produces vivid natural colours and an equally high White and Colour Light Output even in daylight. It has a powerful 5000 lumens which is a fantastic brightness. You will not have to turn the lights off at all whilst presenting and can even go further back for a larger image and you will still see a bright clear image. It also has a wide lens which you can adjust the size of the image without the need for moving the projector. Once installed, you will not have to change this as the same size image will be ready for you to use. It can be easily installed in meeting rooms or used portably from a desktop. The EB-2250U also has vertical and horizontal keystone correction; this means if your projector is off-set then your image will can be able to project in the middle of the screen; this feature makes installation easier. This projector is also PC-free if you don’t wish to connect to your laptop, simply use a USB stick and you can present directly from there. By using the 3 In 1 USB, you can produce sound, image and remote control all by using one cable. It features two HDMI ports so you can connect to two HD sources at the same time without swapping cables around. One of the HDMI ports in MHL which means you can show high definition images from your mobile device. Delivery is to ground floor, if you have special delivery instructions you must contact us to ensure that we can have the best chance of success in delivering the item. We required items to be signed for.
Working Delivery dates are Monday to Friday unless Saturday delivery is selected.

Delivery cut off is 4pm on most items - earlier time exceptions are Metroplan screen, large items, items requiring a pallet. If you order after 4pm then the order is processed the next day, that means if you ordered Tuesday at 8pm at night, the next day delivery option is Thursday as the order is processed on the Wednesday.

Non Mainland and the Highlands and Islands- this includes the Isle of Wight, any thing that goes over water that does not have road access. These rates are determined by couriers based on postcode. If there are multiple items then we may need to quote you for delivery.

Goods Reported Faulty Within 28 Days of Receipt.
If you have a faulty item and are reporting the fault within 28 days of receipt (please note that for business customers, this is 14 days). When the goods are returned to us complete, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.We will try and ensure that there is a fault, that often requires is running diagnostics or getting the manufacturer to speak to you directly to determine whether there is a genuine fault rather than just a set up error.
Goods Damaged in Transit.
If your goods were damaged in transit it must be reported to us within 3 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt the delivery note must be marked accordingly. Once the damaged goods have been collected and received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a refund via your original payment method. We will require pictures of the damage.
Consumers - If You Have Changed Your Mind – this is for personal use not business or organisations
If you are a private consumer and have changed your mind as long as the goods have not been in your possession for over 14 days, and the item can be sold again as new, then you are entitled to return the goods to us. If the item you are returning is a Projector, the lamp hours used must not have exceeded 3 hours otherwise a restocking fee will be applied. The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. As new means in original packaging with complete accessory packs and manuals. If any item is marked/damaged, including the packing, there may be a restocking fee. Please contact us directly before sending any goods back to obtain an RMA number without this there may be a delay in dealing with your return. If you purchased for a company, or an organisation you are not deemed a Consumer by law.
Buying a conference room sized projector is a large investment so it is important to find the best projector to suit your specific requirements. Here is a quick guide to getting the best conference room projector.
Firstly you hare a large audience so depending on how they are seated really depends on the brightness of the projector you are going to need. For instance if there are 200 people in 5 rows of 40 or 200 people in 20 rows of 10, clearly under the second example the people at the back of 20 rows are going to find it harder to see the image if the screen is too small. So you have to decide on your image size. Here are some sensible image sizes for certain audiences
3m - up to 100 people 4m - up to 200 People 5m - up to 300 people
Now you know your image size then you have to consider how far back you need to place the projector. A general rule of thumb on a standard lens projector is working on the basis of twice the distance back of the image width, so for the examples above the conference room projector would be placed 6m/8m/10m. If you need to be either further back or closer then you would probably have to buy what is known as a body only projector and then choose the additional lens which would give you the right throw ratio. This is a more expensive option as the additional lenses tend to be anything from £600-£2000. So it does make sense to try and have a set up for your conference that gives you the most cost effective solution. We really do suggest that buying on-line without having purchased a high end projector before might be better to ring one of our sales experts who will be able to save you money.
Depending on what you are intending to display and the quality you require does mean that there are several choices of resolution. If you are showing a basic Powerpoint presentation or spreadsheets then the choice would be either XGA or the wider version of XGA known as WXGA. If you are showing video content or HD content then 1080p which are full HD is popular as the quality is very good but they do tend not to have high lumens basically limited to 4000L so it may well be that it makes sense to go to the next resolution WUXGA which have more lumens.
Brightness which is measured as lumens is more important for a conference room projector than a standard projector because they will need to be bright. Nothing less than 4000L will do but again this is a specialised requirement and you should ask for help.We have found that the "5 Series" of Infocus offer probably the best value and other good conference room projector brands are Panasonic & NEC as they both have a large range to choose from. If you want the WUXGA resolution then Canon are the best choice but they a bit pricey for most budgets. We think most people should buy HD resolution , they are so affordable now and you wouldn't buy a 5 year old laptop so why buy SVGA which is over 20 years old. Yes XGA & WXGA are ideal for simple presentations and education use but we have all been use to decent home TV's or high resolution phones or tables so why put a huge image on the wall/screen which is inferior. There are some great brands out there BenQ, Infocus, Epson and less known ones like EIKI or Vivitek. Yes you can buy the wrong one, this is why we still offer advice rather than just an add to cart website.
