TheLMZ460 Series has width and depth not much larger than a laptop computer and weighs just 4.2 kg (9.26 lbs). It’s light enough to carry wherever you need to go, and is easy to install on the ceiling. Setup is simple: just set on a desktop, connect your source, switch on, and start presenting.
Start the class or meeting instantly without delays that lose your group’s attention. Unlike lamp-based projectors, which take time to start up, LMZ460 Series projects your content about one second1 after powering on from standby thanks to its SOLID SHINE Laser light source. It also features a Direct Off function, so you can turn the projector off any time via the room breaker.
SOLID SHINE Laser and reusable ECO Filter don’t require replacement for 20,000 hours7 when used in a typical office or classroom environment. With max. power consumption of 240 W, LMZ460 Series uses 20 %8 less energy than conventional lamp-based models thanks to its high-efficiency optical engine.
Quiet Mode reduces operating noise to as little as 23 dB1—the same apparent loudness as rustling leaves. LMZ460 Series fits unobtrusively into the installation environment and minimizes distractions even when the group is seated close by the projector. Quiet projection helps keep attention focused on the presentation, whether your class or colleagues are in the room or participating remotely.
The PT-LMZ460 Series features a convenient screen adjustment system operable by remote control. It includes Automatic Vertical Keystone Correction that fixes trapezoidal distortion when the projector is tilted up or down; 4-Corner and Horizontal/Vertical Keystone Correction to correct the image when projecting at an angle; 6-Point Correction that removes distortion when projecting an image into the corner of a room; and Curved Screen Correction to remove barrel or pincushion distortion when projecting onto curved surfaces.
Excellent picture quality is just one benefit of laser projection. Both the light source and ECO Filter don’t need to be replaced until about 20,000 hours1. Comparable lamp projectors would need between one and four lamp changes plus filter maintenance if operated for the same amount of time. You also don’t need to worry about disposing of expired lamps, and the ECO Filter can be washed and reused, saving waste. It’s easy to see how laser projection reduces cost and maintenance hassle. And thanks to the light-source’s controlled brightness ramp and consistently uniform color reproduction, images stay clear and vivid for much longer.
Daylight View Basic optimizes image quality according to the amount of light in the room. A sensor measures ambient brightness and adjusts image brightness, contrast, and halftone color for clear results in any conditions.
LMZ460 Series accepts 4K input signals1 via HDMI. That’s a big help if you plan to distribute 4K content from a media server to various display endpoints around your school or office that have different screen resolutions. You don’t need to manually reencode your video content or use an external video converter, reducing system and workflow complexity.
Share content wirelessly1 from your laptop or smartphone. Just scan the QR code shown in the on-screen display menu using your smartphone’s camera, and your device connects to the projector automatically over wireless LAN, no SSID or passwords required. Then use free Panasonic wireless apps to beam your media to the big screen.

Delivery Rates to mainland UK - (excluding large and/or heavy items)
Delivery is to ground floor, if you have special delivery instructions you must contact us to ensure that we can have the best chance of success in delivering the item. We required items to be signed for.
Working Delivery dates are Monday to Friday unless Saturday delivery is selected.
- 7-10 Working Days delivery is free of charge
- 2-3 Working Days £8 + VAT
- Next Working Day £12 + VAT - if ordered before cut off
- Working Day Pre-Noon £35 + VAT - Be careful choosing this option, it has the highest incidence of failure with all couriers.
Delivery cut off is 4pm on most items - earlier time exceptions are large items, high value items, items requiring a pallet (i.e bulk orders). If you order after 4pm then the order is processed the next day, that means if you ordered Tuesday at 8pm at night, the next day delivery option is Thursday as the order is processed on the Wednesday.
Delivery Rates to non-mainland UK + Eire - (excluding large screens and Touch Screens)
Non Mainland and the Highlands and Islands- this includes the Isle of Wight, any thing that goes over water that does not have road access. These rates are determined by couriers based on postcode. If there are multiple items then we may need to quote you for delivery.

Returns
Faulty Items
Goods Reported Faulty Within 28 Days of Receipt.
If you have a faulty item and are reporting the fault within 28 days of receipt (please note that for business customers, this is 14 days). When the goods are returned to us complete, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.We will try and ensure that there is a fault, that often requires is running diagnostics or getting the manufacturer to speak to you directly to determine whether there is a genuine fault rather than just a set up error.
Goods Damaged in Transit.
If your goods were damaged in transit it must be reported to us within 3 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt the delivery note must be marked accordingly. Once the damaged goods have been collected and received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a refund via your original payment method. We will require pictures of the damage.
Consumers - If You Have Changed Your Mind – this is for personal use not business or organisations
If you are a private consumer and have changed your mind as long as the goods have not been in your possession for over 14 days, and the item can be sold again as new, then you are entitled to return the goods to us. If the item you are returning is a Projector, the lamp hours used must not have exceeded 3 hours otherwise a restocking fee will be applied. The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. As new means in original packaging with complete accessory packs and manuals. If any item is marked/damaged, including the packing, there may be a restocking fee. Please contact us directly before sending any goods back to obtain an RMA number without this there may be a delay in dealing with your return. If you purchased for a company, or an organisation you are not deemed a Consumer by law.
