At Just Projectors we offer you great prices on projector hire from £49 a day but with the added comfort of knowing that your equipment will get there on time. We have included a frequently asked questions with answers. Hiring is made easy, all we require is your payment and a simple form completion. We will then fax you a hire agreement form and confirm delivery address.

How do I calculate the number of days the hire runs to and from?
Each 24 hour period is classed as one day, however we give you extra value by dropping off the machine at pre 09:30 and will collect during the next day, this equals one day hire.

When do I need XGA resolution when hiring a projector?
If you are presenting mainly from your laptop and your need that extra crispness of image then choose XGA resolution (1024 x768 pixels)

Will I be able to link the projector/plasma up easily to my equipment and will it be compatible?
Yes, but if you have a problem then we have a dedicated hire team to talk you through any problems . All cables are labeled up plus we include a quick set up guide.

How do you ensure that the equipment works?
It is always tested by our engineer both when shipped and returned.

Can I collect the equipment myself or use my own courier?
Yes, we are based in Ascot in Berkshire. We do however suggest our own courier as glass is often excluded under normal insurance policies.

Do I get discounts for having more than one machine?
Yes, typically the second machine is discounted by 33%,  and any further machine 50% of the original charge rate

If I need to keep the machine longer  will that be Ok?
Yes and we will apply any longer term discounts so that you save money.
