Wireless Projectors

Enjoy true freedom with the mobility of wireless projectors, by making presentations from anywhere in the room without having to hassle with cables. And when multiple presenters are making a presentation from a single projector, no worries. Our range includes wireless projectors allowing for up to 16 PCs to display simultaneously onto a single screen. With our enhanced wireless functionality, you’ll enjoy the world’s fastest transmission times. And virtually instantaneous data transmission from your notebook PC to the projector, even when moving large audio and video files( not on all models). Wireless technology provides the flexibility needed to get more out of your presentations.

The term 'wireless' is used to describe how the projector receives a picture from its source such as a laptop. Of course no projector is completely wireless because it needs power via a mains cable. If  switching between multiple PC sources is much easier.

Limitations of wireless projectors

  • Animation still not at an acceptable levelof perfrmance, due to the slight delay between the wirelss projector and the source as such as the laptop.
  •  On some wireless projectors they are affected by the delay and therefore until the bandwith of the connection.

So what do I need to make my wireless projector work?

  • Wireless projectors use different protocols to each other. Among the protocols is 'Wi-Fi' and Bluetooth. The projector itself may come with one wireless card. However, to use the projector you will also need a wireless card for each laptop you want to project from.
  • Wireless cards today are inexpensive and easy to install.

If you asked us which manufacturer is the best at wireless we would say Panasonic!
